1. Share Your Idea

Send photographs, sketches, drawings, CAD files or a description of the object you want to create.

Include as much relevant information as possible:

  • Intended use

  • Required size

  • Preferred style

  • Quantity

  • Colour and finish

  • Required deadline

  • Personalised names or messages

  • Functional or assembly requirements

Clear reference materials help establish an accurate project direction.

2. Project Review

We review the supplied information and determine the appropriate approach for modelling, production and finishing.

At this stage, we may confirm dimensions, clarify missing details and discuss practical design considerations.

3. Digital Model Preparation

The concept is converted into a printable digital model.

Depending on the project, this may involve:

  • Sculpting a pet or character

  • Preparing an architectural model

  • Cleaning and repairing an existing 3D file

  • Developing mechanical geometry

  • Separating a design into printable components

  • Adding connectors, supports or assembly features

  • Preparing engraved names and display bases

4. Review and Confirmation

Where appropriate, the model direction is reviewed before production. Necessary refinements can be made to proportions, composition, accessories or functional details.

This step helps ensure that both parties understand the intended result.

5. Layer-by-Layer Production

The approved model is prepared for printing and manufactured layer by layer.

Print orientation, supports, component separation and material selection are considered according to the shape, detail and intended use of the object.

6. Assembly and Finishing

After printing, components may require cleaning, fitting, joining, sanding and surface preparation.

Finishing options can include:

  • Hand painting

  • Polishing

  • Texture application

  • Metallic finishing

  • Weathering and ageing

  • Protective coatings

  • Name engraving

  • Custom display bases

  • Lighting installation

  • Final assembly

7. Inspection and Delivery

The completed piece is checked before packaging and delivery. For multi-part, functional or display projects, the relevant components and presentation elements are prepared together.
